Laércio Farina - June 2nd, 2006
Laércio Farina was the executive organizer and coordinator at the event "The Judiciary in the Defense of Competition", structured on June 1st and 2nd, 2006, by the Association of Federal Judges (AJUFE), Brazilian Institute of Studies on Competition, Consumption and International Trade (IBRAC) and the Federal Prosecution Service (MPF).
The attorney at law was also the manager and speaker of the working group that interpreted the 29th section of the Law 8.884/94.
