LABOR & EMPLOYMENT
Advisory to companies operating in various segments of the economy in order to reduce or even eliminate the filing of new labor lawsuits;
Litigation, judicial or administrative, covering the representation of the party (individual or legal entity), especially with regard to representation before the various organs of Labor Justice, including the Superior Labor Court.
Performance in this area of law is not restricted to individual labor law, but also extends to collective labor law, such as trade union negotiations, drafting and analysis of collective agreements and collective labor agreements, representation of individuals or legal entities before class unions;
Extensive experience in advising higher level unions (constitution, assemblies, elections, etc.), as well as due diligence;
Representation of interests before the various administrative bodies that regulate labor activities, such as Regional Labor and Employment Superintendencies (organ of the Ministry of Labor and Employment); Ministry of Social Security; Ministries of Labor, among others.
